• Have read and understood symptoms of COVID-19 as published by health officials.
• Will not be in attendance if currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have come into contact with anyone experiencing symptoms and, returned a positive RAT test; awaiting the results of testing for, or diagnosed with COVID-19.
• Will comply with health and safety protocols as prescribed by the Federal, Victorian State Government and Monash University.
• Will comply with all directions of Monash University staff and with all applicable laws and regulations relating to COVID-19.
• Will not sit or stand in seats or areas other than seats and areas that have been assigned to each visitor. This includes sitting in prescribed seats as described on tickets issued.
• Take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of exposure or transmission of COVID-19 on the part of the visitor and other persons.
• Make own assessment of personal health or vulnerability in respect of COVID -19 before visitation and accept all risks in that regard.
• Events may be cancelled at any time and without notice if it has been determined that the event should not proceed for reasons of public safety including, without limitation, due to risks associated with COVID-19.
• Visits at own risk and will not make any claim or take any action in respect of any injury or damage they may suffer as result of contracting COVID-19, or consequences of any actual or suspected contact with a person with COVID-19.
• Failure to comply with above terms and conditions may result in refused entry.
• Adhering to social distancing guidelines is the responsibility of each individual. Visitors not adhering to the guidelines, including providing false information are breaching the directions issued by the Victorian Government for which penalties may apply.
