Get ready for a hilariously swampy adventure with Stars and the Moon's Inclusical, Shrek the Musical, where fairy tales get flipped and friendship takes centre stage!

Join our beloved green ogre, his trusty (and talkative) sidekick Donkey, a fiery princess, and a band of fairy-tale misfits as they dance, sing, and joke their way through an unforgettable quest for acceptance, belonging, and love.
Director Lauren McKenna, musical director Charlotte Greenslade, and choreographer Benjamin Curé reunite to bring this heart-filled blockbuster to life—packed with epic songs, wild dance numbers, a fire-breathing dragon, and of course, plenty of layers (like onions).
Stars and the Moon is a unique all-abilities theatre company. Our castmate model pairs performers with and without disabilities to support one another in creating bold, moving, and accessible theatre with—not despite—our diversity.

    The Thursday, August 28, 2025 performance will be Auslan interpreted. For audience members requiring Auslan interpretation, we recommend booking rows H – R, seats 1 – 9  for the best view of the interpreters and stage.
