The future of OSA. The Fiafia night is a Samoan cultural showcase of the juniors classes of OSA. A collective show of Samoan songs, dances and performances of our faaSamoa. The classes have been through an extensive 12 week program, learning the basics of Samoan language. Also practicing different siva samoa such mauluulu, sasa; embracing the beautiful melodies of pese Samoa.
The cultural essence of each class lies within the definition of their names,
Fatu ninii is the seedling- seedlling rooted in Samoan Culture.
Moemoefou is the shoot- The shoot is the first leaf, a glimpse of culture in life.
Fuamatala is when plant blossoms and the beauty of culture is revealed.
