Your Tickets
If you have chosen to receive your tickets via email, you will receive them as a pdf attachment to email sent to you. You can search for an email from boxoffice@e37.e.monash.edu. Please print your tickets at home or have your tickets ready to be shown on your mobile device when entering the venue.
Box Office Collection
If you have elected to collect your tickets at our box office, please bring a copy of your confirmation of booking email and ID to collect your tickets upon your arrival at the event venue. Our event box office is open from 1 hour prior to the advertised event start time.
If you have elected to to receive your tickets via post, they will be mailed to your nominated postal address and can take between 10-14 days to arrive.
Can’t find your tickets?
If you need assistance with your booking, please get in touch with us by emailing boxoffice@monash.edu with the name the booking was made under and details about the performance that you made a booking for.
