About Carnatic music:
Carnatic music is one of the oldest and richest musical traditions in the world, rooted in the cultural heritage of South India. Skilled musicians bring together basic building blocks of raga (melodic frameworks) and tala (rhythmic cycles) to create intricate mathematical patterns and soulful improvisations. Carnatic music evokes complex emotions and connects listeners to the spiritual and cultural essence of India.
